Meet the Speakers

Alon Joffe
Co-Founder & CEO of Eleos Health
Alon Joffe is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eleos Health. Founded in 2020, Eleos empowers providers to deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Dennis P. Morrison, Ph.D.
Clinical Strategist
Dr. Dennis Morrison is the owner of Morrison Consulting which provides consulting services to the behavioral health information field including Eleos Health. For 17 years, he served as the CEO of two award winning companies and six years as the first Chief Clinical Officer of the largest provider of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and related services to the behavioral health and social services sector.
Serving on several academic, non-profit and international boards, he was a founding member of the International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership (IIMHL).

Andrea Boorse
Manager of Clinical Integration at All Points North
A valuable part of the clinical team at All Points North Lodge, Andrea Boorse serves as the Manager of Clinical Integration. Andrea works with all APN locations and departments to provide a comprehensive client experience. She is also proud to be part of a team working to shatter addiction and mental health stigma. Andrea oversees and analyses the organization’s outcomes management program while managing client experience, patient satisfaction, and other outcomes-related measures. Andrea also brokers communication-related to the EHR/EMR and assists in coordinating the utilization of the platform throughout the organization.

Demetria Lister
Senior IT Business Analyst at AllHealth Network
Demetria is the Senior IT Business Analyst for her non-profit community mental health center in Colorado- AllHealth Network. In this role, she works with directors, VPs, and executive leaders across the organization to implement software solutions that increase efficiency and communication. The majority of her prior working experience has been in the startup sector, which has given her the lens to see how technology and innovation can be used across any industry to successfully maintain and improve a business. She earned her bachelor’s degree in corporate communication from the University of Texas at Austin and has a unique passion for the intersection of people and technology.

Donna Sheperis, Ph.D.
Professor, Associate Department Chair of Counseling & Director at Palo Alto University eClinic
Donna Sheperis, PhD. joined Palo Alto University in 2016 and currently serves as a Full Professor, Associate Department Chair, and Director of the PAU eClinic. Donna has taught for land based and online programs since 2000. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi and Texas; a Board Certified Counselor; a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor; an Approved Clinical Supervisor; and a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider with 30 years of experience in clinical mental health counseling settings. She has provided telemental health in private practice since 2016.

Christopher Keck, DBH, LPC
President & CEO of Open Hearts Family Wellness
Christopher’s passion is to help people, especially children and youth, to overcome adversity and experience safety & connection in relationships. For over 17 years Christopher worked with families in prevention, therapeutic foster care licensing, trauma therapy and health plan administration. A licensed professional counselor with certification in Infant/Family Clinical Practice from the Harris Institute, and a Certificate in Public Management and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. His clinical leadership influenced policy and practice including initiatives such as workforce resilience, a coordinated response for human trafficking, congregate care reductions and a collaborator across Arizona systems.

Brandon Ward, Psy.D.
Chief Innovation Officer & VP of Information Systems of Jefferson Center
Dr. Brandon Ward is a dynamic healthcare leader, bringing together deep clinical insight, experience with complex technology solutions, and an innovative and collaborative style – all in the service of transforming behavioral healthcare in Colorado and beyond. In his current role as Chief Innovation Officer and VP of Information Systems at Jefferson Center, Dr. Ward leads a team of exceptional innovation and IT professionals in this pursuit – partnering within the organization and throughout the community to build a robust, secure, and innovative technology program.
